How much does a chair cost?
A flat $850 per month, per chair. No security deposit, no hidden fees — and we never take a cut of your service income, tips, or product sales. What you earn is yours.
Who can rent a chair?
Licensed barbers only. We verify your Texas TDLR Class A Barber license before you pay — it’s quick and automatic. You’ll need a valid, active license to reserve a station.
What documents do I need to reserve a chair?
Four things: (1) a valid, active Texas barber license, (2) a clear picture of your license, (3) a payment method — card or bank account (ACH) — for your monthly rent, and (4) proof of liability insurance that names Kroozin 2218 Operations LLC (and Stealth Cuts) as additional insureds. You upload your insurance certificate from your dashboard after reserving.
What’s included in the rent?
Your own private station — chair, mirror and counter — plus all utilities, free Wi-Fi, a shared wash & shampoo station, clean restrooms, a client waiting lounge, an on-site ATM, and daily cleaning of the shared floor.
How do I reserve a chair?
Pick an open station on the live floor plan, verify your license, sign the rental agreement, and pay. Your chair is reserved the moment your payment lands — it’s held for you while you check out.
How do I pay?
Monthly, by card or bank transfer (ACH). Billing runs automatically each month, so you never have to think about it.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. No long-term contract and no penalty. The chair is yours for as long as you want it.
When does Stealth Cuts open?
